PROCESSING
We have some items in stock, but most of our products are made to order, with a production time of 5-10 days, depending on the complexity of the item or the order volume.
For batch orders (up to 10 items), wholesale orders (more than 10 items), or during periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, we will always inform you about the estimated production time.
If an item is in stock, we will ship it as soon as payment is received.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know, and and we will try to ensure your order arrives on time
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders sent to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Switzerland and other countries outside of Europe may be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government or customs websites prior to purchase.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide by National Romanian Post, also Express Shipping by EMS available upon request, ensuring 3-5 days delivery to most countries.
For most countries, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping address. If your country is not listed, please contact us for an individual shipping quote.
A shipment typically takes 5-20 days to arrive, depending on the destination and shipping method. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times to international locations:
